  • Minimum DSCR: 1.20x

  • Maximum LTV: Up to 80% on Purchase and Refinance – up to 75% on Cash-out

  • Maximum LTC:  If owned < 3 Months, 80% of Total Cost Basis

  • Maximum Loan To ARV: Up to 70%

  • FICO: Midscore 680

  • Recourse: Full Recourse with Pledge of Equity of Borrowing Entity
